H&dM Objects – Knook (Knob)
Herzog & de Meuron’s admiration for woodturning craftsmanship is found in the numerous architectural details incorporated in past and present buildings. This passion has culminated in an extensive range of turned geometric shapes, including the knook knob and hook in ceramic for Danese Milano. Unlike other variations, this materiality offers a fresh tactile encounter and is also suitable for use in wet areas. The geometric shape, based on a turned form, features a curved outline that is tailored to the processing and characteristics of ceramic.
The Knock Knob is available in Green, Pink, Yellow, White and Black
Porcelain shell, metal screw system
6 x 6 x h 6.5 cm cm
In collaboration with Danese Milano
